Click on the Business Portal link located on the homepage.
Log in using your registered email address. - If you have not set a password, click on the Forgot Password option. - You will receive an email with a link to create a new password.
Once logged in, you can view your application status and access other account features.
Checking Your LLC Application Status
You can monitor the progress of your LLC application through the Business Portal. If your application status shows as "ready to process," here’s what it means:
"Ready to process" indicates that your order is queued and will be filed in the sequence it was received.
No additional action is required from you if you have completed the checkout process and selected the necessary services.
You will receive email notifications about updates, and you can also check the status directly in the Business Portal.
Breakdown of status types:
Pending - The order was placed but is not yet available for our team to process. This usually happens due to the order it was purchased, for example, the LLC needing to be active & accepted first.
If an EIN's order status is in "pending", for example, that means that the LLC is still pending acceptance by the state. Following LLC approval, our team sends an email that includes a link requiring you to provide additional requested information to process your EIN.
Ready to Process - This order is queued up for our team to complete as soon as possible in the order and priority that it was received.
Filed - this has been submitted to the state for review, and it’s currently under review. If it’s been more than a month since you received the e-mail confirming your filing, our team most likely needs to follow up with the state, or there’s something more specific holding up your order.
Need More Info - The name provided wasn’t accepted by the state. This could mean that a similar name already exists within the state database, or there is an issue with one of the words or letters provided in the filing.
Completed - The product that you ordered has been completed, and the document corresponding with that order is available for download in the Business Portal.
Canceled - Any Recurring Annual Registration has been canceled for this product. Coverage will continue for Registered Agent services until the service period ends.
Active - The coverage for this annual service is now active & in good standing, payment was rendered for the coverage period.
Past Due - The coverage for this annual service is no longer active.The customer needs to update their payment method on file in order for our team to charge them for the service.

Log in to the Business Portal using your email address. - If you haven’t set a password, use the Forgot Password option to reset it.
