What happens after I purchase?
Once your order is placed:
Work begins on preparing and submitting your filing, and your order is marked as Ready to Process by our team
Once our team processes your application, funds are sent to the state for your LLC & it is placed under review by the state.
Once reviewed by the state, you'll receive an email with your LLC formation documents. Your LLC's formation and additional services progress can always be accessed in your Business Portal.
Reviewing your order confirmation email is also essential, as it provides a detailed breakdown of all charges and services purchased, along with the timeline for processing.
