To access an existing Operating Agreement:
Log in to your Business Portal.
Select the appropriate business if you have multiple businesses registered.
Click Company Documents in the left-hand menu.
Locate your Operating Agreement and download the document.
Please note that only the first page may be visible in the online viewer. Download the file to view the complete document.
To purchase an Operating Agreement:
Log in to your Business Portal.
Click Additional Services in the left-hand menu.
Locate and select Operating Agreement to proceed with your purchase.
