Are refunds available?
Refunds depend on the type of service and the stage of processing.
LLC formation services
Once work has begun on your LLC filing:
A refund cannot be issued
State filing fees are paid on your behalf and are non-refundable
Registered Agent service
A refund may be available if cancellation is requested before your LLC is filed.
If your LLC has already been filed:
You must appoint a new Registered Agent
The service remains active until the end of your current billing period
Other services
Once work has begun on a service, it is generally non-refundable
